Cooler Mac is provided by Lumany LLC. By downloading, purchasing, or using Cooler Mac, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Product purpose

Cooler Mac is a Mac thermal comfort utility. It helps you view thermal context, choose cooling profiles, manually adjust supported fan behavior, and return fan control to Apple Auto.

System control and safety

Cooler Mac is not a replacement for Apple thermal management. Fan control features may require a helper, permissions, supported hardware, and compatible macOS behavior. You are responsible for using cooling controls reasonably and monitoring your setup.

License

When you purchase a Cooler Mac license, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app according to the purchase terms shown at checkout. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where allowed by law.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which may act as merchant of record. Prices, taxes, currencies, receipts, and payment methods are handled through the checkout flow shown at purchase.

Compatibility

Some features depend on your Mac model, sensors exposed by macOS, fan hardware, macOS version, helper installation, and permissions. We do not guarantee that every reading or control will be available on every Mac.

Updates

We intend to provide fixes and improvements for the supported version line. Updates may be delivered through the app's update system or through a download link.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cooler Mac is provided without warranties beyond those required by law. Lumany LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or website.
